students. As one of the pioneers and leading institutions of higher education in
Malaysia, Taylor’s has always held steadfast to our commitment of educating a
new generation of global leaders, while giving back to society.
In addition, we are also strongly embedded with
the late Tan Sri Dato’ Dr Loy Hean Heong’s philosophy of the power of education
- that education empowers students towards making our world a richer and happier
place.
The National Scholarship programme was
introduced in 2005 with the objective of providing tertiary scholarship
opportunities to students who have performed academically well in schools. More
than 250 students have benefited from this scholarship programme each year since
its inception.
This scholarship programme is opened to all SPM
students sitting for their examination in 2008. Applications are based on
school’s forecast/ trial examinations results.
